Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant performs a wide variety of office, human resources and accounting duties including but not limited to Medicaid billing, coordinating with vendors, purchasing supplies.

Essential Functions

  • Perform general office functions such as receive phone calls, email, filing, etc.

  • Maintain donation log, send thank you letters                                                                      

  • Order/buy office supplies

  • Complete monthly Medicaid billing

  • Perform accounts payable in Quickbooks

  • First point of contact for IT, phones, security and surveillance

  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve IT/phone/security/surveillance issues

  • Provide training and support to new and existing staff on software systems

  • Assist with Agency accreditation and licensing

  • Meet deadlines as required

  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Required Experience, Education, Certification

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 2 years previous experience or equivalent education

  • Previous Quickbooks or Medicaid billing experience is highly preferred.

Family Care Coordinator

Will facilitate high fidelity wraparound process for youth and families. A Family Care Coordinator provides individualized, coordinated, family-driven care to meet the complex needs of youth who are involved with several child and family serving systems, who are at risk of out of home placement and who experience behavioral and mental health difficulties. Facilitate and coordinate a process that requires the youth, family, providers and key member of the families social support network to collaborate and to build a plan of care that responds to the needs of the youth. The intention of Family Care Coordinator is to help empower, build skill, and knowledge to help the family be successful.

Qualifications: Four year degree in Human Services or equivalent and two years of experience working directly with youth and families (or a combination of education and experience as approved by the Executive Director, Youth Emergency Services, Inc.) is preferred. Experience with or knowledge of wrap-around theory and family based intervention is a plus.

Youth Advocate - Part-Time

The Y.E.S. House is seeking a part-time Youth Advocate committed to working with adolescents. Positive role model, experience working with adolescents and a desire to help adolescents succeed & overcome obstacles in life.
Shift available is from 8am-2pm on Saturdays and 1-2 evenings during the week.  $1.50/hr differential in the event of working additional weekend shifts.  Must have a HS diploma/GED, have valid driver's license with no more than 2 traffic citations in last 3 years and be able to pass background check.
