Case Manager - Transitional Living

The purpose of this position is to work with and prepare Transitional Living Clients for successful, independent living and a healthy life-style.  Will mentor and guide youth and young adults through the process of obtaining essentialeducation, training and support services necessary to seek and maintain a healthy life-style. High school diploma or GED.  Some college preferred.  Previous work with at risk youth or life experience highly preferred. Email cover letter and resume to 


Youth Advocate M-F 3pm-7pm

If you are looking for the most fun job you will ever have, then look no further. The YES House is looking for staff to work in an after school program for elementary students in Gillette. Part time hours are 3-7pm Monday through Friday with longer hours a few days a month. Must pass a background check and be at least 21 years of age.

Must have a HS diploma/GED, pass drug screen and background check. No more than 2 driving infractions in past 3 years.
Family Care Coordinator

Will facilitate high fidelity wraparound process for youth and families. A Family Care Coordinator provides individualized, coordinated, family-driven care to meet the complex needs of youth who are involved with several child and family serving systems, who are at risk of out of home placement and who experience behavioral and mental health difficulties. Facilitate and coordinate a process that requires the youth, family, providers and key member of the families social support network to collaborate and to build a plan of care that responds to the needs of the youth. The intention of Family Care Coordinator is to help empower, build skill, and knowledge to help the family be successful.

Qualifications: Four year degree in Human Services or equivalent and two years of experience working directly with youth and families (or a combination of education and experience as approved by the Executive Director, Youth Emergency Services, Inc.) is preferred. Experience with or knowledge of wrap-around theory and family based intervention is a plus.

Youth Advocate - Part-Time

The Y.E.S. House is seeking a part-time Youth Advocate committed to working with adolescents. Positive role model, experience working with adolescents and a desire to help adolescents succeed & overcome obstacles in life.
Shift available is from 8am-2pm on Saturdays and 1-2 evenings during the week.  $1.50/hr differential in the event of working additional weekend shifts.  Must have a HS diploma/GED, have valid driver's license with no more than 2 traffic citations in last 3 years and be able to pass background check.
