Family Care Coordinator

Will facilitate a high fidelity wraparound process for youth and families. A Family Care Coordinator provides individualized, coordinated, family-driven care to meet the complex needs of youth who are involved with several child and family serving systems, who are at risk of out of home placement and who experience behavioral and mental health difficulties. Facilitate and coordinate a process that requires the youth, family, providers and key member of the families social support network to collaborate and to build a plan of care that responds to the needs of the youth. The intention of Family Care Coordinator is to help empower, build skill, and knowledge to help the family be successful.
Four year degree in Human Services or equivalent and two years of experience working directly with youth and families (or a combination of education and experience as approved by the Executive Director, Youth Emergency Services, Inc.) is preferred. Experience with or knowledge of wrap-around theory and family based intervention is a plus.  Flexible scheduling requiring working some evenings/weekends maybe required. Some travel out of town is also required.

 

Kitchen Assistant  

Perform a variety of food preparation duties including cooking, preparing foods, slicing meat, cleaning, washing dishes, could be exposed to shellfish and other potential allergy foods. Position will be 25-30 hours per week. Shift will run during school day, 8:30am-1:30pm.  Contact Rachel at rklienschmit@ccsd.k12.wy.us


Youth Advocate - Part-Time

The Y.E.S. House is seeking a part-time Overnight Youth Advocate committed to working with adolescents. Positive role model, experience working with adolescents and a desire to help adolescents succeed & overcome obstacles in life.
Shift available is from 10pm-8am.  $1.50/hr differential in the event of working additional weekend shifts.  Must have a HS diploma/GED, have valid driver's license with no more than 2 traffic citations in last 3 years and be able to pass background check.
